COLLEGE AND COVID
sWe get it. The Corona outbreak has sent us all reeling, and has left so many parents and students with so many questions about how to navigate this process amidst the changes we all face.
We are spending hours every week meeting with Directors of Admissions from a variety of colleges and universities, the College Board, and the ACT so we can give you the best possible advice. Just a few hours with our consultants can give you peace of mind that you are doing the right things to prepare for admissions during our new normal. While we typically work with families in long-term relationships, we are receiving so many calls for help. As such, we've designed a simple low-cost program that will give you the up-to-the minute information you need, a revised testing plan based on your goals, and 3 actions you can take immediately to improve your chances of college admissions. |
The decision for my daughter to work with PrepU was one of the smartest parental decisions I’ve ever made. Our tutor’s caring and very personal approach helped my daughter gain confidence and become more proactive with the college process. I can’t thank Jen enough for making this stressful time in our lives more manageable for my entire family and helping my daughter gain admission to her top choice school! " Cindy B. |
A Level-Headed Approach to Admissions
Whether your child is Ivy-bound or still trying to decide if college is right for him, you are most likely feeling some anxiety about these next big steps. As parents, we tend to get carried away and lose sight of our true aspirations for our children: to help them find a path that leads them to feel inspired, challenged, secure, and happy! Through the most personalized service and partnership with families, our goal is to SIMPLIFY the often daunting process.
Helping students find their individual paths starts with asking questions. Through structured dialogue and genuine concern for students and their families, we help students understand the criteria for college selection that really matter to them. With an emphasis on "fit,", we then guide students through action steps to increase their chances of admission to the schools where they will thrive.
Also, with our network of trusted professional advisors, we also work with families to recommend special education testing, therapists, and financial aid consulting.
